To assist you in finding answers to our most frequently asked questions, please read below:

Q: When will I get my subscription?

A: We record all magazine orders promptly, so as to make sure your magazines get shipped to you as soon as possible. Should you subscribe after the printer / mailing company gets the current issue list, you will be placed on the list for the next issue. Customers should expect to receive their first magazine within 21 days of payment.

Q: Can I retroactively begin my subscription with issues 1, 2, 3... and so on?

A: It is not currently an option for us to begin your subscription with back order issues. The number of issues we print each edition depends largely on the current number of subscribers we have, and the amount needed to fill newsstands. Occasionally, issues will become available for individual purchase depending on stock.

Q: Why can’t I find the magazine on my local newsstand?

A: Currently, the magazine is available at limited list of locations in Southern New England. As demand for the magazine rises, it will become more accessible and will hopefully be at a newsstand near you soon! The more you demand the magazine at your local newsstand or bookstore the greater the chance it comes to you.

Q: I have posted several times on the TAPS Forum(s) regarding my subscription and no one responds. Who can I get a hold of and how?

A: Please direct any comments and questions about the magazine to our staff at customersupport@tapsparamag.com In the case of a subscription interruption, or for questions or concerns with your subscription, please contact our Customer Service Manager, connie@tapsparamag.com.

Q: Can I submit ideas for articles / design / press releases for the magazine?

A: Absolutely! All editorial submissions and questions can be submitted to our Editor, R.W. Bluestroke, at bluestroke@tapsparamag.com

Q: Is this magazine affiliated with the television show Ghost Hunters?

A: Yes and no. the magazine was founded by three of the cast members of Ghost Hunters, Jason Hawes, Grant Wilson and Steve Gonsalves along with our ghost writing publisher R. W. Bluestroke. The magazine is a separate entity from the show and the TAPS non-profit organization. However the work of the magazine does support the organization through financial donations and research.

Q: If I need help with a haunting should I call the magazine?

A: No. You would need to reach the TAPS organization for any "help issues" with a haunting or paranormal activity. We simply write about them (WE DO NOT WRITE ABOUT TAPS CASES). Privacy is a must for TAPS and its clients.

Q: Can I report a sighting of a ghost, Bigfoot or other weird thing to the office?

A: Sure, you can email us at the news desk if you think it is worth a story or mention in our magazine. We will then have to make a final decision for each report. Confidentiality can be expected unless otherwise discussed.

Q: How can I get a subscription / renew my subscription?

A: You can order or renew your subscription in the Subscription Section. of our online store.
